It is my pleasure to host author Dhineshsunder Ganapathi on my blog today. His debut book Bend Without Breaking is available for purchase now.
Me: What made you pen down Bend Without Breaking?
Dhineshsunder: This pandemic made things miserable for lot of us, I wanted to write something on the lines of emphasising the importance of mental health, how we can sail this storm in the same time being cognizant of our thoughts.
Me:Tell us a little about what to expect from the book.
Dhineshsunder: The book is like a remainder to work on our mental health, It touches upon subtle areas on where we need to focus on, and dynamic things which we already know and forgot it on the long run. If someone who is new to improving mental health, this would be a better starting point, for someone who is already cognizant of, this would act as a remainder.
Me: What are your favourite genre/s to read?
Dhineshsunder: Sci-fi, rom-com, biographies, dark comics.
Me: What do you like to do in your free time?
Dhineshsunder: I explore new tech stuffs, read blogs and play chess, I take time to strive better.
Me: How do you intend to impact readers with your work?
Dhineshsunder: I want the readers to have a sense of feeling that they are not alone, Things will be fine, how worse it’s, Focusing on mental health would help them to come out of their blues, How worse your situation might be, This too shall pass.
Me: Are there any new projects underway?
Dhineshsunder: Working on the revised edition of Bend without breaking, A college based rom-com novel, and a bunch of short stories on children stories and work from home chronicles.
